We had another nice turn out this week, around 45-50 cars. I'm hearing alot of reports saying that Eldorado is no longer happening, maybe we can get some of those cars to come our way. The more the merrier. It was a nice surprise to hear that our little show has gotten enough recognition that it was mentioned on News 12. Not too shabby. Many people ask how long the show will go, my answer, as long as cars show up and want to hang out, we keep going. Till next week....

I was away for the 8/18 show, but heard it was a good night with a good time had by all.
Well, this week we had some clouds roll in, but we still got about 35-40 cars and we still had a good time. Hopefull next week will have sunny skies and we can pack 'em in. Great weather brings out a lot of nice cars. The sky was blue, the temp. was low and there was a nice light breeze. With 90+ cars in attendance every one had a great time. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can keep this thing going. Keep checking back for updated information on a special event tentatively planned for Wed. Sept. 15. As soon as I get the finalized details I will post it and also add it to updated flyers.
Well, we finally got some nice weather and a GREAT night! Along with the nice weather came a lot of nice cars. We saw over 65 cars come by, all our regulars as well as many new faces. This was by far the best showing of the year, and a good time was had by all. Take a look at the pics. See everyone next week.
Well, there is just no way to compete with Mother Nature. Even with the heavy threat of storms and the ultimate opening of the skies, we still had a nice show. Suprisingly enough, about 30+ cars made it, we had to cut it short though when the lightning started and the rains came. Until next week....
Happy Cruisin" I was away the week of the 1st, but was told there was a real nice showing. This past week, despite the heat, we had a surprisingly good show. About 35 cars showed up, even with the temps. in the 90's. Hopefully, if we can get a break from the heat, we can continue to build this into a weekly hot spot. Bring your families, tell your friends and neighbors. The best advertising is word of mouth. Take Care.
Well, the skies really weren't much brighter this week, but they stayed dry. Despite the gloomy outlook, we had a small but enjoyable turnout. With any luck, we'll get some sunny skies soon and pack the place out like last year. Until next week...
Happy Cruisin' Well here we are sitting at home with nowhere to cruise. Unfortunately, there's no way to control good ol' Mother Nature. But Hey, there's plenty of summer left. So let's try again next week, and hope for some brighter skies.
Welcome to Independence Plaza Hot Rods website. Hope you enjoy it. We hope to see a lot of new faces this year, as well as the familiar ones from last summer. Last year was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to another fun summer.
